Richard Garrad
Managing Director
Richard Garrad is the Managing Director for Bannprime. Mr.Garrad, age 48 is responsible for the executive management of all Bannprimes ongoing construction and fit out projects. With decades of construction experience, he manages and coordinates large and complex construction projects. He provides leadership, professional development and support to office and site staff alike as well as on site project supervisors and labour development. He has personally managed projects at hotels, resorts, residential developments and casinos exceeding $1 Billion in total in London, Macau, Hong Kong and Bangkok. In his successful career that nearly spans three decades, Richard has held the position of Project Director in Macau, Senior Project Manager in London and Hong Kong, all specializing in the Interior design Fitting Out, procurement and construction of casino’s, restaurants, hotels, bars, offices and residential properties he also gained vast experience in commercial and Project Management in property development.

Commercial and financial strength is what is required to support and deliver great construction and interior fitting out projects. At Bannprime we understand how effective financial controls, coupled with principles of good business practices make our projects run smoothly. Materials, Labour, bonds, permits and fees and everything else all have to be tightly controlled and effectively managed to keep moving towards a successful project completion. Project Teams
Bannprime’ experienced project managers serve as client representatives, reviewing Quality, Programming and cost performance during the project, managing contractual liabilities and commercial exposure for both Bannprime and Client alike. Bannprime planning unit provides a wide range of services based on planning tools and software that facilitate the overall control process.
Drawing / CAD
Our team of CAD operators is unsurpassed in its ability to create shop drawings and renders if required that meet our clients aesthetic and budget needs. We understand that design is not just about creating a beautiful appearance, it also has be functional, constructible and safe. We use the latest CAD systems to speed the process of creating shop drawings that allow for fast and cost effective fabrication. Design is a science as much as it is essential in all projects at Bannprime we like to make sure your requirements are fulfilled.
Quantity surveyor
Controlling of costs for your project and contract is essential. Our QS team is dedicated to maintain the highest level of performance in cost planning, value engineering, risk management and procurement to ensure that our customers budget is both respected and adhered to, construction costs have to be tightly managed at all times.
